Nichole Russ has spent her career mastering the complexities of payment integrity, leading efforts to eliminate waste and improve financial outcomes for clients. As Vice President of Payment Integrity at Penstock, she leads a team focused on audit execution, concept and edit development and continuous process improvement, aligning innovative strategies with client and organizational goals.
From auditing and concept development to leadership in program design, Nichole’s experience has been defined by a passion for solving complex challenges. She has played a pivotal role in Penstock’s growth, helping build its payment integrity efforts from the ground up. Nichole is driven by a passion for solving complex challenges and creating impactful solutions that not only meet client needs but also improve the overall efficiency of healthcare payment systems.
Nichole is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics, a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, and an Associate of Science in Health Information Technology.
