With over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Chuck LeMay oversees the critical functions of client and internal project execution at Penstock. As Vice President of Client Management and Operations, he oversees teams spanning project management, business analysis, business office operations, and documentation. His leadership ensures seamless execution of services, the enhancement of ClearBridge functionality and robust policy and procedure documentation.
Prior to joining Penstock, Chuck held leadership roles at CGI Federal, Inc. and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, where he managed healthcare operations, compliance initiatives, and clinical risk management. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with training in Lean Six Sigma, Chuck combines process improvement expertise with clinical knowledge and an eye for operational efficiencies. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and an Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy, which uniquely position him to approach challenges with creativity and precision.
